Dr. Weiss is a contracted provider with the following insurance companies:​

Self-pay
For patients with other forms of insurance,Dr. Weiss' self-pay rates are as follows:​
Intake Session - 2 Hour Visit = $500
Follow up appts - 60 minutes = $250
Follow up appts - 30 minutes = $150​

Most insurance companies will reimburse self-pay fees at their out-of-network rate. Check with your individual plan to determine how much your insurance will reimburse.
Medicare
Dr. Weiss has opted out of Medicare which includes all supplemental Medicare plans.
